Dr. Gary Knouf and his wife, Susan Knouf, live in the beautiful Mountains of New Mexico on the property of the Apache Creek Deaf and Youth Ranch where Dr. Gary serves as a staff evangelist. Apache Creek Deaf and Youth Ranch is a non-profit, Christian-based ranch for young people.

The ranch reaches out to deaf people, Native Americans, inner-city youth, and many other groups of young people that go unnoticed in today's society. Dr. Gary's concern for young people has lead him to develop a new series of motivational seminars for college students.
